呼吸内科护理中重症患者的护理效果观察

Effect of Nursing in Severe Patients With Respiratory Medicine Severe

目的 观察呼吸内科护理中重症患者的护理效果。方法 选取2015年5月~2016年1月我院呼吸内科收治的160例患者为研究对象,随机抽取80例为对照组给予常规护理,另80例为研究组给予针对性护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果 研究组护理满意率、并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;研究组焦虑与抑郁评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论 呼吸内科护理中重症患者经针对性护理,满足了其护理需求,提高了其生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of respiratory medicine nursing in patients with severe. Methods From May 2015 to January 2016 of 160 patients admitted in department of respiratory medicine as the research object, the random 80 cases as control group given routine care, the other 80 cases for the team to give corresponding nursing care, compared two groups of patient care. Results Team nursing satisfaction rate, incidence of complications were superior to control group, difference have statistical significance. Team of anxiety and depression scores, the quality of life score were superior to control group, the difference is statistically significant. Coneluslon Respiratory medicine nursing in severe patients by targeted nursing, meets the requirements of the nursing, improve the quality of life.
