冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘疗效及护理观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Bronchial Asthma by Acupoint Sticking Winter-disease-treated-in-summer

目的探究冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘疗效及护理观察。方法选取我院收治的68例支气管哮喘患者,随机分组,各34例。常规组予以常规基础治疗及常规护理,研究组在常规组基础上予以穴位贴敷治疗及系统化护理干预。统计两组患者临床效果。结果研究组临床总有效率94.1%优于常规组73.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘患者予以冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗及系统化护理干预,可进一步提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the curative effect and nursing observation of the treatment of bronchial asthma by acupoint sticking winter-disease-treated- in-summer. Methods 68 cases of bronchial asthma patients in our hospital were selected, random grouping, each of 34 cases. Routine treatment and routine nursing care of routine group, research group on the basis of the conventional group to be treated with acupoint sticking and systematic nursing intervention. Statistics two groups of patients clinical effect. Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group was 94.1% better than that of the conventional group 73.5%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The application of acupoint sticking therapy and systematic ,nursing intervention on patients with bronchial asthma in winter-disease-treated-in-summer, can further improve the therapeutic effect, in the clinical treatment has important significance.
