上消化道出血中舒适护理的临床应用

Clinical Application of Comfortable Nursing Care in the Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探究上消化道出血中舒适护理的临床应用。方法选择我院治疗的上消化道出血患者110例,对照组采取常规的护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上再实行舒适护理。结果观察组总有效率达到94.5%,对照组为76.5%,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义。结论舒适护理在上消化道出血的临床护理中具有作用。

Objective To explore the clinical application of comfort care in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, Methods 110 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were selected, the control group took routine nursing care, and the observation ~oup was given comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.5%, the control group was 76.5%, the difference between the two groups was sigmificant, with statistical significance. Conclusion Comfortable m.lrsing in the clinical nursing of the upper digestive tract has obvious effect, can be a lot of promotion.
