摘要
目的探究和讨论肿瘤放疗患者PICC导管维护的护理思路。方法选取80例肿瘤放疗患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组,比较两组患者护理后的各项情况。结果实验组患者PICC置管并发症的发生率低于对照组,且患者满意度也高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预措施可以减少肿瘤放疗患者PICC导管并发症的发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore and discuss the tumor radiotherapy in patients with PICC catheter maintenance care. Methods Selected 80 cases of tumor radiotherapy patients as the research object, it were divided into two groups, compared two groups of patient care in all kinds of things. Results The incidence of the complications of PICC catheter group patients significantly lower than the control group, and patient satisfaction is also higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention measures can reduce the incidence of PICC catheter in patients with tumor radiotherapy complications, improve patient satisfaction.
