分析手术室细节护理对老年患者腹腔镜手术的应用效果

Effect of Nursing Care on the Application of Laparoscopic Surgery in Elderly Patients

目的 深入探讨将手术室细节护理应用于老年腹腔镜手术患者中的整体效果。方法 以我院2013年12月~2015年4月收治的40例老年腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,随机将40例患者分为观察组（n=20）和对照组（n=20）;对照组行常规护理,观察组行手术室细节护理。结果 两组患者在心理状态评分及对护理服务的满意度上比较,观察组均占优（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论 在接受腹腔镜手术的老年患者护理中实施手术室细节护理能够有效改善患者的心理状态,进而提升患者的满意度。

Objective To delve into details to the operating room nursing effect on the overall effect in elderly, patients with laparoscopic surgery. Methods In our hospital from December 2013 to April 2015 admitted during the period of 40 cases of elderly patients with laparoscopic surgery as the research object, 40 patients were randomly divided into observation group （ n=20 ） and the control group （ n=20 ） . Control group routine nnrsing, the observation group line operating room nursing details. Results Two groups of patients in the mental state score and satisfaction of nursing service, the observation group were significantly better （ P〈 0.05 ）, statistically significant difference. Conclusion In elderly patients with laparoscopic surgery nursing implementation details operating room nursing can effectively improve the patients mental state, raise the satisfaction of the patients.
