探讨神经内科护理中舒适护理的应用价值

Application Value of Comfort Care in the Department of Neurological Nursing

目的 研究分析神经内科使用舒适护理模式的效果。方法 根据我院2006年11月~2008年12月的120例神经内科患者来进行研究分析,分成对照组和观察组,均有60例患者,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用舒适护理,对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果 对比分析两组的结果,观察组的各项指标均要比对照组优秀,患者的生理、心理和社会环境满意度对比,观察组是98.33%,对照组是78.33%。两组结果差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 神经内科护理使用舒适护理能够让患者的满意度提升,让患者尽快的恢复健康。

Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing mode in the department of neurological medicine. Methods According to the in our hospital from November 2006 to December 2008, 120 cases of neurological patients to conduct research and analysis, divided into the observation group and the control group, were 60 patients. The control group used routine nursing, the observation group used comfortable nursing, clinical nursing effect of two groups of the score analysis. Results The results of the two groups were compared, the observation group was better than the control group, the patient＇s physiological, psychological and social environment satisfaction was compared, the observation group was 98.33%, the control group was 78.33%. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The use of comfort care in the department of internal medicine nursing care can make the patient＇s satisfaction to improve, so that patients as soon as possible to restore health.
