摘要
目的分析检验工作人员生物安全防护存在的问题,探讨其安全防护措施。方法对检验人员全面加强生物安全知识培训,制定具体的生物安全操作规范及防护措施,预防实验室人员感染,防止生物危害事故的发生。结果检验工作人员对生物安全方面的知识认识不深,自身安全防护的意识不强,个人操作不规范,实验室缺少防护措施,发生实验室感染的危险性高。结论制定实验室生物安全管理制度及操作规程,加强生物安全防护措施,提高检验工作人员生物安自我保护意识,能够保证生物安全。
Objective Analysis of the problems in the biological safety protection of the staff and to explore the safety protection measures.Methods To comprehensively strengthen the training of biological safety knowledge,to develop specific biological safety operation specifications and protective measures. Preventing the infection of laboratory personnel and prevent the occurrence of biological hazard.Results Inspection staff of bio safety in the safety knowledge was not deep,self-protection awareness was not strong,and did not regulate the operation of the personal,Iaboratory in lack of protective measures. There was a high risk of infection in the laboratory.ConclusionEstablishing laboratory biological safety management system and operating procedures. Strengthen biological safety measures to improve the safety of laboratory personnel to protect themselves in order to ensure the safety of biological.
