本科护生毕业论文选题指导需求的调查

The Investigation on the Demand for Graduation Thesis Topic Selection Guidance of Undergraduate Nursing Students

目的通过了解本科护生对毕业论文选题指导的需求,希望能够得到相关指导部门和指导老师更多的关注与重视,从而提高毕业论文选题的质量。方法自行设计问卷,对2014年6月在厦门三甲综合医院实习的100名本科护理实习生进行关于毕业论文选题指导需求的问卷调查。结果 90%的护生认为指导老师的关注度对自己的论文有影响,希望指导老师全程参与。80%以上的护生希望老师以温和的态度面对面与之沟通,每周沟通1次,1次1 h。对于不恰当的地方75%的护生希望老师提出建议自己修改;而有90%以上的同学希望加强论文选题过程中基本内容的指导。结论论文选题指导应该满足本科护生选题过程中的需求,提高论文选题质量。

Objective Through the understanding of undergraduate nursing students’ demand for the guide of graduation thesis topics,we hope to be able to get more attention from the related departments and teachers,so as to improve the quality of graduation thesis topic selections.Methods Using self-designed questionnaire,we invited 100 undergraduate nursing students to do the questionnaire survey about the demand for the topic selection of graduation thesis in the top hospitals in Xiamen in June,2014.Results 90% of nursing students thought that the teachers’ attention influences the quality of their theses,and they hoped that their teachers could give their guidance al the time through the process of their theses writings. More than 80% of the nursing students want to have a one-hour face-to-face communications with their teachers once a week. There were 75% of the nursing students hoping that their teachers could give some suggestions on their inappropriate views,so that they were able to modify their theses. Moreover, over 90% of the students hoped to strengthen the guidance of the basic content of thesis topic selections from their teachers. Conclusion The guidance should meet the demand for the thesis topic selections of undergraduate nursing students,which could improve the quality of the thesis topic selections.
