微创下内固定术治疗上肢骨折的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Internal Fixation Surgery in the Treatment of Upper Extremity Fractures

目的：对微创下内固定术治疗上肢骨折的临床效果进行深入探讨。方法将我院2015年2月～2016年2月接收的74例上肢骨折患者纳入本次研究中，依照入院时间随机分成研究组和对照组，每组37例；对照组采取常规固定术治疗，研究组采取微创内固定术治疗，对两组的手术情况、术后Harris评分及并发症发生情况进行比较分析。结果研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间均要短于对照组，差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）；两组Harris评分优秀率、术后并发症发生率差异有统计意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于上肢骨折，采取微创内固定术治疗效果确切，术后并发症发生率低，且预后良好。

Objective Analysis of Clinical results on minimaly invasive internal fixation surgery treating upper extremity fractures.Methods Taking 74 cases of our hospital’s upper extremity fracture patients from February 2015 to February 2016 into this study. According to the admission time,randomly divided into the study group and the comparison group,37 cases of each group. The comparison group used the conventional fixation for the treatment. The study group used minimaly invasive internal fixation for the treatment. Analysis on that surgical case of each group,postoperative Harris score and the occurrence of complication.ResultsThe operation time,the bleeding in surgery,the healing time in the study group al shorter of the comparison group. The difference had statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）. The Harris rating excelent rates、the complications incidence after surgery of two groups al have significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion To upper extremity fractures,using minimaly invasive internal fixation treatment is right, has low complication after surgery and good prognosis.
