一期切开根治术与单纯切开引流术治疗肛周脓肿比较

The Comparison of Perianal Abscess Treated by Primary Incision Radical Operation and Simple Incision Drainage

目的：分析一期切开根治术与单纯切开引流术在治疗肛周脓肿中的效果。方法选取2014年8月～2016年1月我院收治的60例肛周脓肿患者，将所有患者随机分为两组，各30例，对照组采用单纯切开引流术，观察组采用一期切开根治术，分析比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的83.33%，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义；观察组手术成功率高于对照组，术后恢复时间、感染控制的时间及复发率均低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论采用一期切开根治术可有效缓解患者的病痛，较单纯切开引流术治疗更加彻底，复发率低，对患者术后的恢复具有积极的作用。

Objective To analyse the effect of perianal abscess treated by primary incision radical operation and simple incision drainage.MethodsTo selected 60 cases of patients with perianal abscess at our hospital from the August 2014 to January 2016. To randomly divided into two groups,each 30 cases. The control group was treated by simple incision and drainage,and the treatment group was treated by primary incision radical operation,to analysed and compared the effect of them.Results The treatment effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,that was significantly greater than the 83.33% of the control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The achievement ratio of operation of the treatment group was greater than the control group,the post operation time,time of infection control and recurrence rate was lower than the control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion That able to effective relief the pain of patients by primary incision and radical operation,and compared with the simple incision and drainage,that with low recurrence rate,and has the positive effect for the recovery of patients.
