质子泵抑制剂预防应激性溃疡的合理性分析

Reasonability Analysis of Proton Pump Inhibitors for Stress Ulcer

目的调查某院临床使用质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)预防应激性溃疡(SU)的情况,评价该类药物的用药合理性。方法抽查某院2015年1月有使用PPIs的住院患者病历403份。从预防SU的角度,对PPIs的用药指佂、用量、给药次数、溶媒、疗程、所选药物及联合用药的合理性进行评价。结果预防性使用PPIs的共222份,占总病历数的55.09%,其中不合理有77份,占预防用药病例的34.68%,主要表现在无指佂预防用药。结论某院PPIs预防SU的使用存在不合理现象,相关部门应加快制定PPIs的使用标准或规范,以提高PPIs的使用合理性。

Objective To investgate the prophylactic use of proton pump inhibitors for stress ulcer in a hospital and evaluate its rationality.Methods 403 medical records of inpatients which used PPIs in January 2015 were chose. What used for preventing stress ulcer were sampled for the evaluation of indications in prophylactic medication, dosage, delivery times, solvents, course of treatment, the selected drugs and drugs combination.Results There were 222 copies（55.09%） which used PPIs for prevening stress ulcer,77 copies of them（34.68%）were unreasonable. No indications was the main problems.Conclusion There are still some unreasonable situations on the prophylactic use of PPIs in a hospital,relevant department should speed up the development of proton pump inhibitors using standard or specification,in order to improve the rationality of PPIs in hospital.
