宣肺利水法治疗卵巢囊肿的效果分析与报告

Effect Analysis and Report on Xuanfei Diuresis in Treatment of Oarian Cyst

目的探讨宣肺利水法治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法将我院88例卵巢囊肿患者随机分成对照组与治疗组,对照组应用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,治疗组应用宣肺利水法治疗。结果治疗组治疗后卵巢囊肿体积要小于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05);对照组总有效率是77.27%,治疗组总有效率是95.35%,治疗组临床效果要优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对卵巢囊肿患者应用宣肺利水法治疗具有良好的临床效果。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Xuanfei diuresis in treatment of ovarian cysts. Methods Our hospital 88 cases of ovarian cysts were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control grnnp used Guizhi Fuling Capsule, treatment group in application of Xuanfci diuresis Treatment. Results After treatment, the ovarian cyst volume was significantly lower in treatment group than the control group and treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） . The control group of the total etficiency of 77.27%, the treatment group of the total effctive rate is 95.35%, the treatment group, the clinical effect was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The patients with ovarian cysts using Xuanfei diuresis therapy has a significant clinical effect.
