益气祛瘀涤痰方在脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证治疗中的应用价值分析

Value Analysis of Yiqi Quyu Ditan Prescription in Treatment of QDBS Syndrome in Cerebral Infarction Rehabilitation Period

目的探讨益气祛瘀涤痰方在脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证治疗中的应用价值。方法将85例脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证患者随机分组,治疗组(n=42)在常规西药基础上加用益气祛瘀涤痰方治疗,对照组(n=43)单纯行常规西药治疗,对比2组疗效。结果治疗组治疗有效率是95.2%,高于对照组的72.1%(P<0.05),且治疗后ADL评分较低(P<0.05)。结论益气祛瘀涤痰方在脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证治疗中的应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the application value of Yiqi Quyu Ditan prescription on cerebral infarction rehabilitation with Qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm syndrome.Methods 85 cases of Convalescent Cerebral Infarction Syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm turbidity patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group（n=42）on the basis of conventional western medicine plus treatment with Yiqi Quyu Ditan Prescription,the control group（n=43）only treated by conventional western medicine for treatment,the curative effects were compared between two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 95.2%,higher than that of the control group 72.1%（P〈0.05）,and the ADL score was lower（P〈0.05）after treatment.Conclusion Application of Yiqi Quyu Ditan Prescription on rehabilitation of cerebral infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm syndrome has high value.
