摘要
目的：探析寻常型痤疮患者给予柴胡疏肝散加味治疗的临床效果。方法对我院2014年3月～2016年3月收治的60例寻常型痤疮患者予以分组研究，即对照组与观察组，各组30例。对照组给予丹参酮胶囊口服治疗，观察组给予柴胡疏肝散加味口服治疗，对比两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组临床总有效率是96.7%，与对照组80.0%进行对比，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。在症状方面，观察组改善优于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对寻常型痤疮患者施行柴胡疏肝散加味治疗，能够提高临床疗效，改善临床症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified chaihushugan powder in treatment for acne vulgaris.Methods60 cases of acne vulgaris treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were studied,that was,the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given tanshinone treatment,the observation group was given modified chaihushugan powder treatment,the clinical effects were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%, compared with the control group（80.0%）,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. In the aspect of acne,pustule,rash symptoms,the observation group improved significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In patients with acne vulgaris in implementation of modified chaihushugan powder treatment,can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms.
