摘要
目的探讨3D/4D超声成像技术在肝肾囊肿介入穿刺术中的应用价值。方法 45例肝肾囊肿患者分为甲、乙、丙三组,分别采用静态三维成像、动态三维成像(4D)和实时动态三维成像技术(实时4D)进行穿刺引导,比较三组成像技术效果。结果静态三维成像不能引导整个穿刺过程;动态三维成像图像无法做到实时状态,图像采集时间较长;实时动态三维成像最佳成像模式为表面质地模式50%和透明最大模式50%混合,可实现穿刺过程实时传输。结论实时动态三维成像技术对肝肾囊肿介入穿刺术有较好的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the 3D/4D imaging technology of ultrasound application value of interventional puncture in the liver and kidney cyst. Methods 45 cases of renal cysts were divided into A,B,C three groups,respectively by static three-dimensional imaging,dynamic 3D imaging(4D) and real-time three-dimensional imaging(real time 4D)puncture guide between the three groups.Results Static 3D imaging can not guide the puncture process. Dynamic 3D image was not able to do real-time status,image acquisition for a long time. Real-time dynamic 3D imaging best mode for 50% of the surface texture model and the most transparent pattern 50% mixture,real-time transmission of the puncture process.Conclusion Real time dynamic three-dimensional imaging technology has a significant application value for liver and kidney cyst puncture.
