麻醉护士与麻醉医师在妇科全麻手术中的配合管理

Coordination and Management of Nurse Anesthetists and Anesthesiologists in General Anesthesia Undergoing Gynecological Surgery Operations

目的：探讨麻醉护士在妇科患者全麻手术中与麻醉医师的配合体会。方法回顾性分析我院2015年4月～2016年3月2273例妇科全麻择期手术患者的临床资料。强调麻醉护士应不断加强专业理论知识的学习，提高业务水平和自身综合素质；做好麻醉记录、术中监测与治疗，发现问题及时与麻醉医师沟通并对症处理。结果本组所有患者均顺利完成麻醉手术，无明显相关麻醉并发症；麻醉护士成为麻醉医师的得力助手，配合麻醉医师顺利完成麻醉操作及常规监测，使麻醉工作有条不紊、接台手术周转顺畅。术毕将患者安全送入麻醉恢复室（PACU）苏醒。结论麻醉护士了解麻醉医师的用药习惯，熟悉麻醉操作步骤，积极有效地配合麻醉医师工作，有利于提高麻醉质量与工作效率，减少麻醉并发症的风险性，确保患者安全、平稳恢复。

Objective To discuss the experience of nurse anesthetists cooperate with anesthesiologists during gynecological surgery in general anesthesia.Methods It was a retrospective analysis of clinical data of 2 273 patients undergoing elective gynecological surgery with general anesthesia in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2016. Nurse anesthetists should constantly strengthen and learning the specialized theory knowledge,to improve their professional skil and their own comprehensive qualities. Making the anesthesia record,intraoperative monitoring of vital signs and treatment wel. Once found the problem should to report to the anesthesiologist timely and symptomatic treatment.Results Al cases were successfuly completed anesthesia surgery, no serious complications related to anesthesia. Nurse anesthetists became anesthesiologists’right-hand women,cooperated with anesthesiologists completed the jobs of anesthesia and routine surveilance smoothly. Making the anesthesia work in an orderly way and kept the smooth running of surgery flow. Sending the patients into the post-anesthesia care unit（PACU）safely after surgery,wait for the patient revival.Conclusion Nurse anesthetists understand anesthesiologists’habit,are familiar with the anesthesiologists operation steps,cooperated with the anesthesiologists actively to finish the work effectively. It is beneficial to improve the quality of anesthesia and the work efficiency,reduce the risk of complications of anesthesia,to ensure patients’safely and recovery smoothly.
