摘要
目的探讨体检人群静脉采血心理沟通的需求与护理对策。方法对接受静脉采血的91例体验者进行现场问卷调查,评估其心理沟通需求并实施相应护理,对比体验者护理前后满意度变化。结果 (1)本组体验者在静脉采血时的心理沟通需求按比率高低依次为:采血前行针对性宣教、采血中予以人文关怀、采血后交代注意事项;(2)本组体验者护理后的满意度是97.8%,高于护理前的35.2%(P<0.01)。结论根据体检人群静脉采血心理沟通的需求提供相应护理干预,可提升其满意度。
Objective To investigate the demand and nursing countermeasures of venous blood sampling in physical examination population.Methods91 patients received intravenous blood sampling were included in this study,questionnaire survey to assess the psychological communication needs and implement appropriate care,comparing the experience of nursing before and after the change of satisfaction.Results (1)the group experience in the venous blood of the psychological communication needs according to the ratio in descending order: blood on targeted education,blood to humanistic care, after blood colection account for attention.(2) the group of nursing satisfaction was 97.8%,was higher than 35.2% before nusing(P〈0.01). ConclusionThe corresponding nursing intervention according to the psychological needs of venous blood communication examination,can improve their satisfaction.
