扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭中优质护理的应用

The Application of High Quality Nursing in DCM and Heart Failure

目的：探讨优质护理在扩张性心肌病合并心力衰竭患者中的应用。方法在自2014年6月～2015年6月我科收治的扩张性心肌病合并心力衰竭患者，抽取60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组予常规护理，观察组予优质护理。对比两组患者的护理满意度、症状改善情况。结果观察组患者经优质护理干预后，其护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）；症状改善情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者住院治疗期间，辅以优质护理，能提高患者满意度，改善心脏功能。

Objective To evaluate the quality of nursing in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure.Methods From June 2014 to June 2015,60 cases of DCM and heart failure patients admitted in our department,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases each. Control group used the routine nursing care,observation group used the quality of nursing. Compared two groups of patients’satisfaction with nursing, psychological situation.Results The observation group of patients after high quality nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Improvement of symptoms were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with DCM and heart failure during hospitalization,supplemented by the high quality nursing care,can significantly improve patients’ satisfaction,improve heart function.
