摘要
目的：探讨循证护理在预防小儿急性化脓性阑尾炎术后切口感染中的应用。方法选取我院2014年5月～2016年1月收治的85例小儿急性化脓性阑尾炎患者，随机分组，观察组42例，对照组43例。对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组采用循证护理，观察两组患者术后切口感染情况及满意度。结果观察组愈合不良率7.14%低于对照组25.58%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组满意度97.62%优于对照组72.09%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论循证护理应用于小儿急性化脓性阑尾炎，可有效预防小儿术后切口感染，提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of incision infection in children with acute suppurative appendicitis.Methods85 cases of children with acute suppurative appendicitis in our hospital from May 2014 to January 2016 were selected, observation group 42 cases,control group 43 cases. Control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group using evidence-based nursing,observed two groups of patients with postoperative incision infection and satisfaction.Results The healing rate of observation group was 7.14% lower than that of the control group 25.58%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of observation group was 97.62% better than that of control group 72.09%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing in pediatric acute suppurative appendicitis,can effectively prevent the incision infection in children, improve patient satisfaction.
