实施细节护理对提高急诊内科患者护理满意度的分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的分析细节护理对提高急诊内科患者护理满意度的效果。方法选取急诊内科收治的1 000例患者,随机分成两组。分析两组患者的年龄阶段、性别比例以及原发病,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果在自我认知、满意程度等方面,细节护理组优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊内科中实施细节护理,能够提高护理的质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of nursing care on improving the satisfaction degree of patients in emergency internal medicine.Methods 1 000 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Analysis of the two groups of patients with age,sex ratio and the incidence of the disease,the difference was not statisticaly significant(P〉0.05).ResultsIn terms of self cognition,satisfaction,details of the nursing group was significantly better than the conventional group,the difference is statisticaly significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The implementation of detail nursing in emergency internal medicine can improve the quality of nursing.
