人性化护理在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者中的实施体会

The Implementation of Humanistic Nursing in Patients With Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

目的：探讨人性化护理在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（CHD）患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年4月～2015年5月收治的CHD患者共计80例为研究对象，以随机数表抽取法分为常规组（n=40）与干预组（n=40），给予常规组常规护理，给予干预组人性化护理，对两组患者护理满意度、并发症发生率、生活质量评分进行统计对比。结果干预组患者护理满意度和生活质量评分高于常规组，且并发症发生率低于常规组，P＜0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论在CHD患者临床护理过程中给予人性化护理干预，可有效减少患者并发症发生率，且能提高患者护理满意度和生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in clinical nursing of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）.Methods In our hospital,from April 2014 to May 2015,admitted CHD patients with a total of 80 cases as the research object,to a random number table extraction points for routine group（n=40） and intervention group（n=40）. The control group received the routine nursing care,intervention group of humanized nursing,nursing of two groups of patients satisfaction degree,complication rate,quality of life score for statistical comparison. ResultsThe nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,P〈0.05,the differences were statisticaly significant. Conclusion In patients with CHD giving humanistic nursing intervention,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and can improve patient care satisfaction and quality of life.
