延续性护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后恢复的影响分析

Effect of Continuity Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Recovery of Patients With Breast Cancer

目的：探讨延续性护理干预措施对乳腺癌患者术后恢复的影响。方法选取2014年2月～2015年7月在我院实施乳腺癌手术治疗患者120例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例，对照组实施术后常规护理，观察组在此基础上采取延续性护理措施，比较两组术后生存质量以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者中回归正常生活以及发生心理障碍均优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者满意度为93.33%（56/60），高于对照组的75.00%（45/60），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论延续性护理应用于乳腺癌术后患者，对患者术后功能恢复具有重要的临床意义。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of continuous nursing interventions on the postoperative recovery of breast cancer patients.Methods 120 cases of the patients that received breast cancer surgery in our hospital from February 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the objects of study,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was performed routine postoperative nursing, while the observation group was conducted continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the routing postoperative nursing. The postoperative quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results The condition of returning to normal life and the development of psychological disorders were superior in patients in the observation group to those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）. The patient satisfaction in the observation group was 93.33% （56/60）,which was higher than that in the control group （75.00%,45/60）,and the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of continuous nursing into patients who received breast cancer surgery was of great clinical significance to the functional recovery in patients postoperatively.
