目的探讨APN层级管理模式排班在消化病区优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法实施APN层管模式,对患者满意度、护士满意度及整体护理质量进行比较。结果 APN排班后,患者满意度、护士满意度、整体护理质量均高于传统模式。结论消化病区采取APN层管模式排班,患者可得到高效、连续、优质的护理服务。

Objective Discuss on the application effect of APN level management mode scheduling in digestion ward nursing service quality.Methods Implementation of APN layer tube mode,analysis of patients＇ satisfaction,nurses＇ satisfaction and overall quality of care. Results After APN scheduling,patients’satisfaction,satisfaction with nurses,the overal quality of care were higher than the traditional model.ConclusionPatients with digestive ward for APN layer tube mode scheduling,efficient,continuous,high quality nursing service can be obtained.
