整体护理在病毒性肝炎患者中的临床应用体会

Clinical Experience of Holistic Nursing in Patients With Viral Hepatitis

目的：对病毒性肝炎患者采取整体护理的临床应用价值进行分析。方法本次研究涉及的病例共100例，均选取于2014年1月～2015年6月我院收治的病毒性肝炎患者。将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例，给予两组患者相同的临床治疗，其中给予对照组患者常规护理，给予观察组患者整体护理，将两组患者的护理效果进行对比分析。结果两组患者通过相应的护理，在治疗依从性、疾病相关知识的掌握度、健康方式的采纳度以及临床护理满意度方面，观察组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论整体护理的模式可以提高病毒性肝炎患者治疗积极性，增加患者配合度，帮助患者加强对疾病的相关认识，改善生活习惯，有助于提高疾病的临床治疗效果。

Objective Analysis of clinical value With the holistic care of patients with viral hepatitis.MethodsA total of 100 cases were selected in patients with viral hepatitis during January 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital. 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 patients received the same clinical treatment,patients given usual care in control group,the observation group were given the overal care. Nursing effect of two groups of patients were analyzed.ResultsThe two groups of patients through the appropriate care,in the adoption of treatment compliance,master knowledge of the disease,healthy way,and clinical care satisfaction,the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The overal pattern of care can significantly improve positivity the treatment of patients with active viral hepatitis,increased patients’compliance,to help strengthen the patient-related disease awareness,improve living habits,help to improve the clinical outcome of the disease.
