摘要
目的观察分析老年肛周脓肿合并糖尿病的围手术期护理效果。方法选72例老年肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者并随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用围手术期综合护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的住院时间为(14.1±3.5)d、愈合时间为(26.6±5.3)d,短于对照组患者的住院时间(23.6±4.5)d、愈合时间(29.4±5.8)d,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者平均疼痛评分为(3.3±0.6)分,低于对照组患者平均疼痛评分为(4.8±1.1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意率100.0%高于对照组患总满意率的80.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者进行围手术期综合护理,能够有效缩短患者住院时间,提高患者满意率。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of perioperative nursing in elderly perianal abscess with diabetes. Methods 72 cases of perianal abscess in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received usual care and the observation group received comprehensive perioperative care. Nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The patient＇s hospital stay（14.1±3.5） days,the healing time was（26.6±5.3） days,shorter than the length of stay in the control group of patients（23.6±4.5） days,the healing time（29.4±5.8） days,were significantly different（P〈0.05）. The observation group were an average pain score was （3.3±0.6） points lower than in the control group with an average pain score was（4.8±1.1）,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100% ,was higher than that of the control group（80.6%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The perioperative comprehensive care in elderly diabetic patients with perianal abscess could shorten hospitalization time and increase patient satisfaction rate.
