3M加压固定胶带固定腹腔引流管对患者舒适度的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of 3M Compression Fixing Adhesive Tape on the Comfort Degree of Patients With Abdominal Drainage Tube

目的：探讨3M加压固定胶带螺旋固定法用于腹腔引流管固定，对患者舒适度的影响。方法随机选择我科2015年6月～2016年3月腹腔外科手术后留置腹腔引流管的患者200例，随机分为试验组100例与对照组100例，对照组用普通胶带贴在腹腔引流管近端，并用别针将引流袋固定于床单上。试验组用3M加压固定胶带以川字型螺旋固定法。观察两种腹腔引流管固定方法对患者留置引流管期间舒适度的影响。结果使用3M加压固定胶带川字型螺旋固定法的患者在变换体位时感牵拉痛、感觉活动不便、担心脱落、非计划性拔管方面的例数少于用传统固定方法的患者出现不适的例数，试验组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论3M加压固定胶带川字型螺旋固定法具有良好的固定效果，能提高留置腹腔引流管患者的舒适度。

ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of 3 M pressurized fixed tape used in abdominal cavity drainage tube fixed screw fixation method on patient comfort.Methods Randomly selected 200 cases of postoperative patients with abdominal cavity drainage tube of our department from June 2015 to March 2016. The patients were randomly assigned into 2 groups,100 cases in test group and 100 cases in control group. In control group,the proximal abdominal cavity drainage tubes were fixed on the sheets with common tape. In the test group,the drainage tubes were fixed with 3 M pressurized fixed tapes. Two methods of fixation were compared and the influence on patient comfort was evaluated.ResultsPressurized fixed 3M tape screw fixation group showed significantly decreased discomfort level,feeling of pain when changing position,difficulty of moving,worry about drainage tube fals off,unscheduled decannulation of the patients compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion 3M pressurized fixed tape screws fixation method reduced drainage tube associating complications,and improved patients’comfort.
