留置PICC在双侧乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的应用及护理对策探讨

Discussion on the Application of Indwelling PICC and Nursing Countermeasures for Patients With Chemotherapy After Breast Cancer Operation

目的：分析留置PICC在双侧乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的应用效果，探讨有效的护理对策。方法选择我院2011年1月～2015年6月收治的16例双侧乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，行双侧乳腺癌改良根治术，术后行患肢PICC置管化疗，给予综合护理措施，观察留置PICC在双侧乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的应用效果。结果6例患者在输液后出现置管侧上肢肿胀，经运动锻炼和护理后得以恢复，无其他不良反应的发生，平均带管时间（138.5±3.5）d。结论留置PICC在双侧乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的应用效果满意，在此基础上给予有效的护理对策，有利于患者的术后恢复。

Objective To analyze the application of PICC in the effect of indweling double breast cancer postoperative chemotherapy patients,and to explore effective nursing countermeasures.Methods In our hospital,16 cases of bilateral breast cancer patients as the research object from January 2011 to June 2015,double breast modified radical mastectomy and postoperative patients limb PICC catheter chemotherapy and given comprehensive nursing measures. Observation on indweling PICC in breasts cancer patients treated with chemotherapy after application.Results 6 cases of patients after the infusion of the tube side of the upper limb sweling,after exercise and care to restore,no other adverse reactions occurred,the average time with tube （138.5±3.5）d.Conclusion Indweling PICC in breasts cancer patients treated with chemotherapy after application effect is satisfied. On the basis of the effective nursing measures,it is conducive to the recovery of patients after surgery.
