摘要
目的探讨急诊全程优化护理在抢救急性心肌梗死患者中的应用。方法选取我院急性心肌梗死患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组予以急诊常规护理,观察组实施急诊全程优化护理,观察两组患者的护理效果,进行临床对照性分析。结果护理后观察组患者急救时间、复发率、院内再次行介入手术人数指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊全程优化护理在抢救急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果好。
Objective To explore the application of emergency nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital,were randomly divided into for control group and observation group,each group of 40 cases. The patients in control group were given routine emergency care,the observation group received whole optimization of nursing and the nursing effect of the two groups of patients were observed.Results In the observation group,the first aid time,the recurrence rate,the number of patients in the hospital after the operation of the number ratio were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Emergency nursing care in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients with good effect.
