对老年精神病患者开展优质护理服务的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of High Quality Nursing Care for Elderly Patients With Senile Psychosis

目的：对老年精神病患者开展优质护理的临床效果进行分析。方法选取自2015年7月～2016年4月在我院接受治疗的60例老年精神病患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。其中对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予优质护理干预，对两组患者的临床效果进行对比、分析。结果两组患者接受护理干预后，观察组患者的总满意率高于对照组，两组组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理能够有效提升老年精神病患者的护理质量，且患者满意度较高。

ObjectiveHigh quality nursing in patients with senile psychosis of clinical results were analyzed.Methods Chose from July 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 60 patients with senile psychosis,randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group 30 cases. The control group given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention,to compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients,and analysis.ResultsTwo groups of patients after nursing intervention,patients’total satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the comparison between the two way had significant difference（P〈0.05）.ConclusionHigh quality nursing care can effectively improve the quality of nursing care of elderly patients with mental ilness,and patients’satisfaction is higher.
