早期康复护理对脑卒中患者血脂及日常生活能力的影响

The Effect of Early Rehabilitation Care on Blood Lipids and Activity of Daily Living of Cerebral Apoplexy Patients

目的：探讨早期康复护理对脑卒中患者血脂及日常生活能力（ADL）的影响。方法选取2013年4月～2014年12月于我院确诊的脑卒中患者86例，采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各43例，对照组给予常规治疗和护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予早期康复护理，记录入组患者刚入院及治疗后血清中甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）等四项血脂水平，并应用ADL量表进行日常生活能力评估。结果护理后观察组血清中TG（4.62±0.75）mmol/L、TC（0.54±0.17） mmol/L、LDL-C（1.57±0.29）mmol/L水平低于对照组（5.02±0.66）mmol/L、（0.93±0.26）mmol/L、（2.15±0.27）mmol/L，（P＜0.05），观察组HDL-C（2.61±0.23）mmol/L、ADL评分（53.37±0.47）分与对照组（1.25±0.13）mmol/L、（30.07±7.35）分比较，较高（P＜0.05）。结论早期康复护理可有效改善脑卒中患者血脂代谢，提高日常自我护理能力，预防再发性血栓疾病，降低复发率，尤其对急性缺血性脑卒中患者具有重要意义。

Objective To discuss effects of early rehabilitation care on blood lipids and activity of daily living（ADL）of cerebral apoplexy patients.Methods 86 cerebral apoplexy patients diagnosed in our hospital from April 2013 and December 2014 were selected,they were divided by random number table into the observation group and the control group （each 43 cases）. The control group received routine treatment and nursing,the observation group was given early rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group. Triglyceride（TG）,cholesterol total（TC）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）in serum of patients on admission and after the treatment were recorded,ADL scale was used to evaluate activity of daily living.ResultsTG（4.62±0.75）mmol/L、TC（0.54±0.17）mmol/L、LDL-C（1.57±0.29）mmol/L level in serum of the observation group after the nursing were significantly lower than the control group [（5.02±0.66）mmol/L、（0.93±0.26） mmol/L、（2.15±0.27）mmol/L]（P〈0.05）,HDL-C（2.61±0.23）mmol/L,ADL score（53.37±0.47）scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group[（1.25±0.13）mmol/L,（30.07±7.35）scores]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Early rehabilitation care can improve blood lipid metabolism in cerebral apoplexy patientseffectively,improve daily self-care ability,prevent recurrent thrombotic disease,reduce recurrence rate,it has an important significance especialy for acute cerebral arterial thrombosis patients.
