Problems and Consideration of the Army Medical Service Education

为了更好的完成军队医学保障工作,医学继续教育工作者要加强重视更新理念,规范培训对象选拔,牢牢把握培训目的,贴近实战因材施教,通过充分运用各种新的科技手段和完善对学员与教员的评价激励机制,从而把这项事业推向前进,使我军的医学保障能力不断提高。

In order to complete the military medical support mission, continuing medical education workers need to strengthen and update the concept, standardize training target selection, firmly grasp the purpose of training, concern the combat and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. In addition,we also need to make full use of the new technological means and perfect the evaluation mechanism for both students and teachers. Thus, we can advance the career and improve our military medical support capacity.
