摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在癌症晚期患者中的临床应用效果。方法随机将114例癌症晚期患者平均分为关怀组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,关怀组在常规护理的基础上实施人文关怀护理,比较两组患者护理满意度。结果关怀组患者护理满意度为98.25%,对照组为71.93%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在癌症晚期患者中实施常规护理的基础上给予全面的人文关怀护理,可提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of humanistic care in patients with advanced cancer. Methods Randomly 114 cases of advanced cancer patients were divided into care group and control group, the control group was given routine care, the care group on the basis of routine nursing care, the implementation of humanistic care, compared with two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction. Results Care group patients care satisfaction was 98.25%, the control group was 71.93%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with advanced cancer in the implementation of routine care on the basis of a comprehensive humane care, can enhance the care satisfaction.
