摘要 目的探讨常规超声和剪切波弹性成像技术在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院经病理证实的84例乳腺癌患者,共132个病灶,均采用常规超声和剪切波弹性成像技术进行诊断,并与手术病理结果进行比较分析。结果 84例乳腺癌患者共有132个乳腺肿块,其中良性病变85个,恶性病变47个,良性结节和恶性结节的平均直径分别为(16.31±8.62)mm和(39.53±7.53)mm,良恶性结节平均直径比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规超声和剪切波弹性成像联合应用的诊断指标(敏感性、特异性及准确性)均较单独应用提高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论常规超声和剪切刀弹性成像均对乳腺癌具有良好的诊断价值,两者联合应用可以大大提高诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确性,有助于提高对乳腺癌良恶性的鉴别诊断。 Objective To explore the value of conventional ultrasound and shear wave elasticity imaging in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 84 cases (132 focus) of benign and malignant breast cancer patients confirmed by pathology in our hospital, which were diagnosed by conventional ultrasound and shear wave elasticity imaging technology, and the results were compared with the results of surgery and pathology. Results 84 cases of breast cancer patients with a total of 132 breast masses, including 85 benign lesions, malignant 47, the average diameter of the benign and malignant nodules respectively (16.31±8.62) mm and (39.53±7.53) mm, the difference between the average diameter of the benign and malignant nodules significantly statistical significance (P 〈 0.01). The diagnostic criteria (sensitivity, specificity and accuracy) of conventional ultrasound and shear wave elasticity imaging were higher than that of single application, and there were significant differences between the groups (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Conventional ultrasound and shear blade elasticity imaging were on breast cancer has good diagnostic value and combined application can greatly improve the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, and helped to improve the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast cancer.
