颌面部整形修复中CT三维重建测量的应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的 分析颌面部整形修复中CT三维重建测量的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年5月-2016年5月收治的患者50例,全部病例给予螺旋CT三维重建测量进行诊断。结果 螺旋CT和三维重建的50例病例中,单一骨折31例(鼻骨骨折6例、上颌骨折5例、颧骨骨折7例、下颌骨骨折5例、筛骨骨折8例)。其中复合骨折19例(上颌骨伴随鼻骨骨折8例、上颌骨伴随眼眶骨折5例、上颌骨伴随下颌骨骨折4例、下颌骨伴随颧骨骨折2例)。结论 针对颌面部整形修复,采取CT三维重建技术,可诊断颌面部外伤,能够准确、全面、清晰显示颌面的损伤部位,为临床整形修复提供信息指导。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of CT three dimensional reconstruction in maxillofacial plastic surgery. Methods 50 cases of patients admitted to our hospital, from May 2014 to May 2016, and all the cases were diagnosed by spiral CT 3 D reconstruction. Results 50 cases of spiral CT and 3 D reconstruction, single fracture in 31 cases, nasal bone fracture in 6 cases, maxillary fracture in 5 cases, zygomatic fracture in 7 cases, mandibular fracture in 5 cases, ethmoid fractures in 8 cases. The compound fracture 19 cases, maxillary with nasal bone fracture in 8 cases, the maxilla with orbital fractures in 5 cases, the maxilla with mandibular fracture in 4 cases, mandible with zygomatic fracture in 2 cases. Conclusion Maxillofacial plastic repair, take 3 D CT reconstruction technique, diagnosis of maxillofacial trauma, accurately, completely and clearly show the maxillofacial injury site and clinical plastic repair provide guidance information.
