二次胆道手术治疗肝胆管结石的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Two Times of Biliary Tract Surgery in the Treatment of Hepatic and Biliary Stones

目的探讨二次胆道手术治疗肝胆管结石的效果。方法选取我院就诊的二次肝胆管结石患者80例,观察组使用二次胆道手术治疗,对照组使用传统的药物方法治疗。结果观察组治疗有效率为90%,而对照组的治疗效果为60%,两组的差异有统计学意义。结论在接受二次治疗中,肝胆管结石患者通过二次胆道手术进行治疗的效果更加显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of two times of biliary tract surgery in the treatment of bile duct stones. Methods 80 cases of two cases of bile duct stones in our hospital were selected, the observation group was treated with two times of biliary surgery, and the control group was treated with traditional medicine. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90%, while the control group was 60%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups. Conclusion In the treatment of two patients, the effect of the treatment of patients with bile duct stones by two times of biliary surgery is more significant.
