妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的致病原因分析

Analysis of the Causes of Endometriosis in Gynecological and Obstetric Operation

目的 研究并分析妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的致病原因。方法 将我院2013年2月-2014年4月收治的28例手术切口子宫内膜异位症患者纳入本研究,对其资料进行回顾性分析,统计妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的致病原因与手术方式。结果 手术治疗结束后,本组28例患者的病情均得到有效的控制,8例会阴侧切口异位症患者与20例腹壁切口异位症患者均治愈,治疗有效率为100%。结论关于妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症发生原因还不明确,但是需要注意到几项影响因素,在开展妇产科手术时,医护人员必须要保护好患者子宫内膜与会阴位置,提升手术安全性,降低子宫内膜异位症的发生率。

Objective To study and analyze the cause of the disease in obstetrics and gynecology operation incision endometriosis. Conclusion The causes of gynecology and obstetric surgery incision endometriosis is not clear, but need attention to several factors that, in carrying out the operation of Department of gynaecology and obstetrics, medical personnel must to protect patients with uterine endometrium and perineal position, enhance the security of the operation and reduce the incidence of uterine endometriosis.
