评价介入动脉化疗联合放疗治疗中晚期食道癌的临床效果

To Evaluate the Clinical Effect of Interventional Arterial Chemotherapy Combined With Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的 对介入化疗联合放疗治疗中晚期食道癌的临床效果予以分析和探讨。方法 将2014年1月-2015年12月于我院进行治疗的中晚期食道癌患者46例随机均分为两组,对两组患者的不同治疗效果以及治疗有效率进行比较。结果 将两组患者的治疗有效率进行比较,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 通过使用介入动脉化疗联合放疗进行治疗对中晚期食道癌患者效果明显,能够保障患者的生命安全,提高生活质量。但是会发生较为严重的不良反应,在治疗过程中需要进行综合性护理,改善患者的预后。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of interventional chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer. Methods The advanced esophageal cancer patients treated from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital during the 46 cases were randomly divided into two groups, different therapeutic effects and therapeutic efficiency of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The two groups of patients to compare the treatment efficiency and found a statistically significant difference, P〈0.05.Conclusion Through the use of interventional chemotherapy combined with radiation therapy in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer effect it is very significant, very good to protect the safety of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. But it will happen more serious adverse reactions during treatment require comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.
