探讨腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗结肠恶性息肉的临床疗效

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopy Combined With Colonoscopy in the Treatment of Colonic Malignant Polyps

目的研究腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗结肠恶性息肉的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的结肠恶性息肉患者100例为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,对比两组效果。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后住院时间以及肠道功能恢复时间短于对照组。结论腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗结肠恶性息肉的临床疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in the treatment of colonic malignant polyps. Methods 100 cases of colorectal polyps in our hospital were selected as the research object, which were divided into the control group and the observation group, and compared the effect of the two groups. Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, the operation time, postoperative hospital stay and recovery time of bowel function were shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in the treatment of colonic malignant polyps is significant.
