普外术后患者行肠内营养与肠外营养的临床对比

摘要 目的探究普外术后患者行肠内营养与肠外营养的临床对比。方法随机选择在我院普外科临床患者200例,实验组在住院期间接受场内营养支持,对照组在住院期间接受肠外营养支持,之后将两组的临床效果进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比实验组普外术后肛门的排气时间和住院时间都缩短,并且在术后一周对两组的营养指标进行检查,发现实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在普外患者术后给予合理的肠内和肠外营养对患者的应用恢复有很大帮助。 Objective Clinical comparison of patients with enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition on general surgery. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital general surgery patients with 200 people, in the experimental group received nutrition support during their hospital stay, in the control group during hospitalization and parenteral nutrition support, then the clinical effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group compared to the group of general surgery, postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly shorter, and after one week of nutritional indexes of the two groups are examined. It is found that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The postoperative patients of general surgery give reasonable enteral and parenteral nutrition on patients with application of recovery are of great help.
