腹腔镜下胆总管切开胆道镜探查取石术现状

Current Status of Laparoscopic Common Bile Duct Exploration and Stone Removal

目的分析腹腔镜下胆总管切开胆道镜探查取石术的目前状况及效果。方法选用我院通过胆总管切开胆道镜探查取石术进行治疗的患者60例,总结胆总管切开胆道镜探查取石术的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后有2例患者出现胆汁渗漏问题,但没有出现胆管炎、结石残留以及其他并发症。结论胆总管切开胆道镜探查取石术对胆道镜探查取石术患者的治疗效果有作用;降低胆道镜探查取石术患者在手术之后可能出现胆管炎、结石残留以及其他并发症的概率。

Objective To analyze the present situation and effect of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and extraction. Methods 60 patients in our hospital were treated by common bile duct exploration and stone removal, and the results were summarized. Results After treatment with bile leakage in 2 patients, but did not appear cholangitis, residual stones and other complications. Conclusion Choledochoscopic exploration of common bile duct incision take stone with stone surgery patients treatment effect is taken for the choledochoscopy has a obvious effect, reduce the choledochoscopy from stone surgery patients after surgery may appear cholangitis, residual stones and other complications of probability.
