氯吡格雷应用于冠心病治疗的临床效果观察

Observation Clinical Effect on Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究氯吡格雷的运用在冠心病治疗中的临床效果。方法在本院选取140例冠心病患者,对实验组配合氯吡格雷加以治疗,对照组则使用阿司匹林辅以治疗。结果对照组经阿司匹林治疗后冠心病治疗有效率69.8%;治疗组经氯吡格雷治疗后冠心病治疗有效率90.7%。两组患者冠心病治疗效果组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用氯吡格雷治疗冠心病有明显的疗效。

Objective To study the clinical effect of clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 140 cases of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital, the experimental group was treated with clopidogrel, while the control group was treated with aspirin. Results In the control group, the effective rate of the treatment of coronary heart disease was 69.8% after aspirin treatment. The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.7%. The difference between the two groups of patients with coronary heart disease treatment effect was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease has obvious curative effect.
