前列地尔联合腺苷钴胺治疗老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床效果观察

Observation Clinical Effect on Alprostadil Combined With Cobamamide in Elderly Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的 探讨前列地尔联合腺苷钴胺治疗老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法 选取2015年2月-2016年2月在我院接受治疗的老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者67例,随机分组,观察组34例,对照组33例,对照组给予腺苷钴胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用前列地尔,观察两组临床疗效及运动神经传导速度（MNCV）情况。结果 对照组有效率为51.52%,观察组为76.47%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组MNCV正中神经为（41.08±2.82）m/s、腓总神经为（37.38±2.32）m/s,观察组分别为（44.52±3.08）m/s、（42.52±2.58）m/s,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对老年2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者给予前列地尔联合腺苷钴胺治疗,可有效改善MNCV,提高有效率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with cobamamide in elderly type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 67 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016, randomly divided into 2 groups, observation group 34 cases, control group 33 cases, the control group was treated with cobamamide, observed. Results The effective rate of control group was 51.52%, the observation group was 76.47%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, Control group the MNCV median nerve was （41.08±2.82） m/s, the peroneal nerve was （37.38±2.32）m/s, the observation group respectively （44.52±3.08） m/s, （42.52±2.58） m/s, the difference between the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Given alprostadil combined with cobamamide in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy, can effectively improve the MNCV, enhanced the effective rate.
