中医辨证治疗支气管哮喘的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的 研究并探讨中医辨证方法对支气管哮喘的治疗效果,并对其临床效果进行分析。方法 回顾我院2014年10月-2015年10月收治的50例支气管哮喘患者的一般资料,将患者分为实验组和对照组,各25例,实验组采取中药进行治疗,对照组采取西药治疗的方法,观察两组的临床反应。结果 其中实验组治疗哮喘的有效率高达80%,对照组仅为52%,实验组的有效率高于对照组,且差异具有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论 中医辨证方法能改善支气管患者的临床现象。

Objective To investigate and discuss the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on bronchial asthma, and to analyze its clinical effect. Methods From October 2014 to October 2015, 50 cases of bronchial asthma patients in general, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The experimental group take Chinese traditional medicine treatment, patients in the control group were treated by the method of Western medicine treatment, observe two groups of clinical response. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 80%, the control group was only 52%, the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bronchial.
