精细化护理在血液净化中心的实施价值

The Value of Fine Nursing in the Implementation of Blood Purification Center

目的 探讨血液净化中心开展精细化护理临床价值。方法 选取尿毒症患者50例,均为我院血液净化中心2015年2月-2016年2月收治,行精细化护理干预,回顾临床效果。结果 患者护理满意度通过发放调查问卷调查显示,为98%;遵医依从率经问卷调查示为94%,无意外事件发生。结论 在血液净化中心开展精细化护理,可提高患者满意度和遵医依从率,增强透析安全性,对保障患者预后意义显著。

Objective Discussion blood purification centers meticulous care clinical value. Methods 50 cases of uremia were selected, all of which were treated in our hospital blood purification center in February 2015 to February 2016. The clinical effect was reviewed. Results The nursing satisfaction of patients was 98%. According to the questionnaire survey, the compliance rate of the patients was 94%, and no accident occurred. Conclusion In the blood purification center to carry out meticulous care, can improve patients＇ satisfaction and compliance rate, enhance the safety of dialysis, to protect the prognosis of patients with significant meaning.
