探讨整体护理对躁狂症患者治疗依从性的影响

To Explore the Influence of Holistic Nursing on the Treatment Compliance of Mania

目的研究分析躁狂症患者接受整体护理后期治疗依从性改善情况。方法根据我院46例躁狂症患者来进行研究分析,护理组患者接受整体护理,常规组接受常规护理,对两组的治疗依从性改善情况来进行比较分析。结果对患者提供护理干预后,护理组有19例患者的治疗依从性得到了较大的改善,占82.6%,4例无显著改善,占17.4%。常规组13例依从性有所改善,占56.5%,10例无改善,占43.5%,两组的治疗依从性改善情况为护理组较为优秀(P<0.05)。结论躁狂症患者临床中使用整体护理能够对其治疗依从性起到较大的改善,让临床中治疗更加顺利,促进患者的康复。

Objective To study mania patients received holistic nursing post treatment compliance improvement. Methods According to the 46 patients with mania to carry out research and analysis and nursing care of patients accepted holistic nursing, the conventional group received routine nursing care, for the compliance of treatment in the two groups to improve the situation to carry on the analysis and comparison. Results The patients with nursing intervention, nursing group has 19 cases of patients with treatment compliance has been greatly improved, accounting for 82.6% of the group, the other 4 cases of patients with no significant improvement in treatment compliance, accounting for 17.4% of the group. The compliance of 13 patients in the conventional group was improved, accounting for 56.5% of the group, 10 patients without improvement, accounting for 43.5% of the group, two groups of treatment compliance improvement for the care group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with bipolar disorder in clinical use of holistic nursing care to the treatment greatly improved compliance and clinical treatment more smoothly, promote the patient＇s rehabilitation has very important significance.
