摘要
目的 对人性化护理应用于妇产科手术患者临床护理工作中的效果进行分析探讨。方法 选取于2013年11月-2016年1月在我院接受手术治疗的妇产科患者119例,并随机分为对照组(58例)和实验组(61例),对分别应用常规护理和人性化护理的效果进行对照研究。结果 实验组汉密尔顿焦虑汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分低于对照组,护理质量评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组,t=5.67,6.34,6.21,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 人性化护理应用于妇产科手术患者临床护理工作中的效果理想。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of humanized nursing in clinical nursing of Obstetrics and gynecology operation patients. Methods From November 2013 to January 2016, 119 patients who were operated with surgery in gynecology and obstetrics department of hospital were separated into control group (58 patients) and study group (61 patients) randomly and they were given about conventional nursing and humanization nursing respectively, and then compare nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients’ Hamilton Anxiety Scale assessment scores in study group are much lower than that in control group; while, patients’ nursing-quality assessment score and patients’ nursing satisfaction rate in study group are quite higher than counterparts in control group, t=5.67, 6.34, 6.21, such a big differential has statistic value (P〈0.05).Conclusion Humanization nursing is quite clinically effective on patients operated with surgery in gynecology and obstetrics department.
