探讨新生儿科患儿采用个性化护理的临床效果

To Explore the Clinical Effect of the Individualized Nursing Care for the Newborn Children

目的探讨采用个性化护理模式在新生儿科患儿中的临床疗效。方法选取我院88例新生儿科病房的患者,以住院号尾号的奇偶数将其分为护理组和对照组,各44例。护理组给予个性化护理模式,对照组给予常规护理模式,对比两组护理模式的效果与护理的满意度。结果护理组护理满意度100%,优于对照组90.9%,同时护理组护理效果95.5%,高于对照组88.6%,两组对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论个性化护理在新生儿科患儿护理中的应用效果较好,护理满意度高。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of individualized nursing mode in the treatment of newborn children. Methods 88 cases of neonatal ward in our hospital were selected and divided into nursing group and control group with 44 cases in each group. Nursing group was given personalized nursing mode, the control group was given conventional nursing mode, and the effect of the two groups of nursing mode and the satisfaction of patients to nursing. Results Nursing group nursing satisfaction （100%） was significantly better than the control group （90.9%）, while the effect of nursing group （95.5%） was significantly higher than the control group （88.6%）, the difference was significant between the two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application effect of individualized nursing in the nursing of newborn children is better, and the nursing satisfaction is high.
