摘要
目的探讨护理干预对留置导尿患者尿路感染的临床效果及评价。方法选取我院就诊的留置导尿患者120例,对照组患者仅采用常规的护理手段,实验组在采取常规的护理手段基础上同时采用系统护理干预措施。结果实验组留置导尿患者出现尿路感染的概率低于对照组。结论系统护理干预可以明显的降低留置导尿患者的尿路感染的发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on clinical effect and evaluation of indwelling urethral catheterization in patients with urinary tract infection. Methods Selected in our hospital for treatment of indwelling urethral catheterization in patients with 120 cases, control group patients only with routine nursing method, the experimental group take routine nursing measures based on the systematic nursing intervention measures. Results The experimental group patients with indwelling catheter in the probability of the occurrence of urinary tract infection were lower than the control group. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of indwelling urethral catheterization in patients with urinary tract infection.
