First aid and Nursing Care of Neonates With Severe Pneumonia

目的探讨新生儿重症肺炎的急救与护理措施。方法对85例重症肺炎新生儿实施病情观察,输液护理,合理喂养及健康宣教等护理措施。结果 85例患儿死亡1例,转院1例,其他均痊愈出院。结论根据患儿病情,实施科学有效的护理措施,可有效提高新生儿重症肺炎治愈率,避免不良并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the first aid and nursing measures of neonatal severe pneumonia. Methods The nursing measures of 85 cases of severe pneumonia were observed, transfusion nursing, reasonable feeding and health education. Results 85 cases of death in 1 cases, 1 cases were transferred, others were cured. Conclusion According to the patient＇s condition, the implementation of scientific and effective nursing measures can effectively improve the cure rate of neonatal severe pneumonia, to avoid the occurrence of adverse complications.
