小儿护理中应用小儿危重病护理评分法的效果观察

目的了解小儿护理中小儿危重病护理评分法的实际护理效果与是否值得研究与推广。方法将我院接收的共计188例不同类型、不同患病程度的小儿危重病患者进行分组对比护理,在对照组中采用常规护理办法,在实验组中采用小儿危重病护理评分法进行分级护理。结果对照组治疗有效率为56.4%,实验组为78.4%。结论小儿危重病护理评分法在治疗小儿危重病中疗效显著。

Objective To understand the effect of nursing care of children with critical care in pediatric nursing evaluation of the actual effect and whether it is worthy of research and promotion.
